Toddler Party Rentals is a mobile service that brings the fun to you. We offer unique party Rentals for all ages, such as modern bounce houses, large ball pits, and soft play areas. These types of equipment rentals keep the children entertained for the entire event. We specialize in soft play equipment areas that are designed for the younger children to have a safe and fun place to play.
Why did you choose this business?
In 2014, I was a mom looking for fun ideas for my daughter’s birthday and could not find anything for her age range. There was nothing out there to rent for the younger kids to enjoy on their birthdays, so I made a company that would allow families to have a fun, safe, and enjoyable play area for children ages 6 months to 4 years.
What was it like when you first started?
I started very slow, doing a few events here and there for 5 years. Then COVID hit, we had to shut down. I took that time to really focus on where I wanted this company to go in the future. I decided to expand, rather than close, and the gamble seems to be working out.
What inspired you to open this business?
I knew that parents needed something for the younger kids to be entertained at events.
What drives you to do what you do? What motivates you?
I’m a mother of 4 young daughters, they are my motivation to be the best that I can be.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I enjoy helping families have amazing events. I want families to hire me so that they do not have to worry about how they are going to entertain at their events.
What are some of the most popular party rentals that parents request for their toddlers?
Soft play is the most popular for toddlers because it’s a gated safe space for little ones to play, allowing the parents to sit back and relax.
Have you ever had a particularly memorable experience with a family or child while providing party rentals?
Every event and family is memorable; just seeing how happy and excited these kids are makes it all worthwhile.
How do you balance running a business and your personal life?
It’s not easy, but I have a passion for both and try my best to balance both. During the week, while the kids are at school, is when I’m able to clean and pack for the next weekend’s events.
How do you market your toddler party rental business, and what strategies have been most successful for you?
I personally speak to each family that books making sure that everything goes as planned. Over the past 8 years I believe word of mouth helped boost my company into what it is today. I’m very thankful for every family who has rented from Toddler Party Rentals.
What are some of the biggest challenges you face?
The biggest challenge is spending every weekend away from my family, but I really enjoy my company and it’s all worth it.
What are your long-term goals for your business, and how do you plan to achieve them?
I plan to hire a team and expand more in the future.
