Real estate runs in Lulu's blood. She grew up around deals, negotiations, and entrepreneurship while watching her immigrant parents work relentless hours to create opportunity. That experience taught her early that hard work matters but the right strategy, guidance, and timing create wealth.

Before launching Just 1 Real Estate, Lulu spent 15 years at UPS as a sales leader managing relationships from fast growing companies to national enterprise accounts. She brought that same discipline, negotiation skill, and results-driven mindset into real estate.

As a single mother raising two children in Tracy and Mountain House, Lulu built her business through grit, speed, and service. Clients trust her to maximize sale price, negotiate winning terms, and identify opportunities others miss.
